1. Build over ice
Fill a highball glass with plenty of ice. Pour in the Acapulcoco and your choice of whiskey or tequila.
2. Add brightness
Squeeze in the fresh lime juice for a crisp citrus lift.
3. Finish with fizz
Top with sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
Optional: garnish with a lime wheel for a clean, refreshing look
