Preparación
1. Make the syrup
In a small saucepan, simmer the sugar and water together until the sugar fully dissolves. Let it cool completely before using.
2. Build the cooler
In a large pitcher, combine the Acapulcoco Natural Coconut Water, fresh lime juice, and the cooled simple syrup. Stir well.
3. Add the freshness
Add sliced strawberries, fresh mint leaves, lime slices, and plenty of ice.
4. Stir and serve
Give everything a gentle stir to let the flavors blend. Serve immediately in tall glasses, making sure each one gets some fruit and mint.
