Preparación

1. Make the simple syrup
In a small saucepan, heat the sugar and water over medium heat until the sugar fully dissolves. Let it cool before using.

2. Build the flavor
In a glass, add a splash of the cooled syrup, the mint leaves, and the gin. Gently muddle to release the mint’s aroma without tearing the leaves too much.
