Coco Fish (Gin, Mint & Coconut)

1. Make the simple syrup
In a small saucepan, heat the sugar and water over medium heat until the sugar fully dissolves. Let it cool before using.

2. Build the flavor
In a glass, add a splash of the cooled syrup, the mint leaves, and the gin. Gently muddle to release the mint’s aroma without tearing the leaves too much.

3. Add ice and coconut water
Fill the glass with ice and top with Acapulcoco Organic Coconut Water.

4. Stir and serve
Give it a gentle stir to combine all the flavors. Garnish with extra mint if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy.
