1. Melt the chocolate base
Heat 1/2 cup of Calahua Coconut & Vanilla Drink until steaming (not boiling). Pour it over the chopped chocolate and whisk until smooth and glossy. If using cocoa powder, whisk directly into the hot liquid until fully dissolved.
2. Chill and blend
Transfer the mixture to a blender. Add more Calahua Coconut & Vanilla Drink, agave syrup to taste, and a generous amount of ice.
3. Blend until frothy
Blend until smooth and lightly frothy. Pour over fresh ice and serve immediately.
Optional: top with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or shaved chocolate
