Preparación
1. Blend until smooth and creamy
Add the coconut water, coconut pulp, vanilla, and Greek yogurt to a blender. Blend until the mixture is silky and well combined.
2. Pour and freeze
Carefully pour the mixture into ice pop molds. Freeze until completely firm (usually about 4–6 hours).
3. Enjoy
Run the molds briefly under warm water to release the pops easily, and enjoy immediately.
