Preparación

1. Create the tropical base

In a bowl, whisk together the Calahua Organic Coconut Milk, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, sugar, and heavy cream. Mix until the sugar is fully dissolved and everything is smooth.

 

2. Pour and freeze

Pour the mixture into molds or a freezer-safe container. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm and scoopable.

 

3. Serve and enjoy

Let it sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes before serving for the perfect scoop.
