Preparación

1. Combine the dry ingredients
Mix 50 g of chopped almonds, 50 g of chopped pecans, 100 g of pumpkin seeds, 1½ teaspoons of ground cinnamon.
2. Add coconut oil
Stir in melted Calahua Coconut Oil until everything is evenly coated.
3. Bake
Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with non-stick paper. Bake at 180°C for 7 minutes.
4. Let it rest
Let it cool completely before serving and you’ll have a nutritious homemade, sugar-free granola, perfect for a quick breakfast or a crunchy topping that will give you the energy you need for your day.
