Preparación

1. Add everything to the blender.
Pour in the coconut milk, then add the protein powder, banana, agave syrup, and ice. Using a very ripe banana makes the shake naturally sweeter and creamier.
2. Blend until smooth.
Blend until the texture is thick and creamy. If you prefer it lighter, add a little more coconut milk.

3. Serve and enjoy.
Pour into a glass and garnish with a banana slice if you’d like. Best enjoyed post-workout while your body is ready to recover.
